Agreeing with it’s me guy, Jason’s strength and pure zombie- blood could possibly beat Michael in a fight. Freddy’s out mainly because we’ve seen that Jason could take him. Chucky is too small to do anything, and ghostface only has a knife. Pennywise is out of element since both Jason and Michael are emotionless, after all if they’re not afraid his powers are useless. However if we are talking about Pennywise from the novel as opposed to the movie then he might win.
