Mrs. Campbell was the mother of Lori Campbell and the wife of Dr. Campbell in Freddy vs. Jason. She was killed by Freddy Krueger while dreaming. (Apparently because she was one of "the whores that live in this house".)
Biography
Mrs. Campbell was from Springwood, Ohio where she lived with her husband and daughter. She was killed by Freddy Krueger in a dream.
Her husband lied to Lori and told her Mrs. Campbell died in a car wreck.
Hypothetically, after murdering her, Freddy absorbed her soul. However, it is strongly hinted throughout the A Nightmare on Elm Street (film series) film series that he only gets power from the souls of people under 20.
If he did absorb her soul, it was released when he was defeated.
