More specifically, they are native to a section of it called the Southside. It is hinted that Elm Street is a part of the Southside, and that the Southside Blades are native to Elm Street.
They are enemies of the Elm Street Angels.
It is hinted that their symbol is a pair of SS lightning bolts and a knife.
They are mentioned in the episode "Prisoner of Love".
