Springwood is the main setting of Freddy's Nightmares: A Nightmare on Elm Street: The Series .
This version of Springwood appears to have a lot more supernatural activity than the one of the film series, much of it apparently not involving Freddy Krueger at all.
It has a section called the Southside. It is hinted that Elm Street is a part of the Southside.
It appears to be a good size city, with some good size buildings. However, Tim Blocker refers to it as a "hick town".
Like the Springwood of the film series, it has a lot of palm trees.
