Admin Name Change
Everyone, this is Boioflife. I was sort of tired of that name so I changed my name to match my name on my YouTube channel. I just wanted to let everyone know in case you need me for anything.
October Horror
We are getting into every horror fans favorite month, October. Let's tell each other what movies in the theater and at home. I really am excited to see the new Halloween movie.
The past few years I have actually run a YouTube horror channel called Killer Orange Cat. Since I am active in the horror youtube community, it takes up a lot of my time this month. If you like any horror YouTube channels, let me know too.
Pages Needing Attention
I just wanted to let everyone know why I have added so many articles to the "pages needing attention" category. First,I am a bit of an organization freak so having these categorized works very well for me. It gives me an easy way to go back and have the pages I think need work listed in a good area. And I think every page categorized as such can really use a lot of work.
Most of the articles I added were episodes of "Freddy's Nightmares" and the comic book issues of the different comic book series. I really want this to be the most comprehensive "A Nightmare on Elm Street" website in existence. One of my goals is to have a detailed plot description for each episode and each comic book issue. Fan Fiction in Forum
I know when I first came to this wikia that there was a ton of fan fiction on it. I didn't really feel wonderful about removing such a large amount of work that was put into those pages, but there is so much fan fiction out there that it really didn't make sense to include non canonical information like that in the regular wiki.
So, I've activated the forums for this wikia and I added a board there completely dedicated to fan fiction. Please feel free to post established fan fictions or even your own creations on that board. Just remember, it only belongs on the board. Any fan fiction in the actual encyclopedia will be removed.

Wikia Guidelines
Hi, in the month of May I have already had two problems with posters vandalizing the wikia. When these things have happened, after considering the lengths to which the vandalism extended, both users were served with temporary blocks. I realized while doing this, that this wikia doesn't have a set of rules or guidelines for users to follow or for me to use to administer it. I think it would be very useful to construct a list that not only lays out the rules of the wikia, but a direct set of consequences if the rules are broken.
As I didn't create this wikia and I am actually one of the newer people that have joined, I don't feel completely right in just coming up with an arbitrary list. So I am reaching out to the community to get your i…
